Overview of My Work

My past and current projects revolve around exploring how thoughtful design, clear communication, and practical technology can solve real problems for people. Across different domains, I focus on creating solutions that are easy to use, grounded in real-world needs, and capable of growing over time. Earlier projects often centered on learning the fundamentals—testing ideas quickly, understanding user behavior, and refining my process. More recent work builds on those lessons, aiming for greater impact, reliability, and long-term value.

While each project has its own context, they share common themes: making complex things feel simple, turning insights into actionable improvements, and measuring success by the value delivered to users and stakeholders. Together, they form a coherent story of continuous improvement—moving from experimentation to more strategic, scalable initiatives. This portfolio is meant to give you a clear, honest view of what I work on, how I think, and why these projects matter.

Key Project Case Studies

1. Customer Analytics Dashboard for SaaS Growth

Context: A mid-stage SaaS company needed better visibility into user behavior and churn drivers to inform product and marketing decisions.

My role: Led end-to-end analytics initiative as the primary analyst and project owner, from requirements gathering to delivery and stakeholder training.

What was done: Consolidated product, billing, and CRM data into a unified model; defined core metrics (activation, engagement, retention, LTV); built an interactive BI dashboard; and set up automated weekly reporting. Facilitated workshops to align teams on metric definitions.

Challenges: Inconsistent event tracking, siloed data sources, and conflicting metric definitions across teams.

Results & impact: Reduced reporting time by ~70%, enabled self-serve insights for product and marketing, and helped identify a segment-specific onboarding issue that, once fixed, contributed to a 6–8% improvement in 90-day retention over two quarters.

2. Website Conversion Optimization for E‑commerce Brand

Context: A direct-to-consumer retailer saw strong traffic but flat revenue, with unclear reasons for drop-off in the purchase funnel.

My role: Conversion optimization lead, responsible for research, experiment design, and performance analysis.

What was done: Conducted funnel analysis, heatmap reviews, and user interviews; prioritized hypotheses; and ran A/B tests on product pages, checkout flow, and messaging. Collaborated with design and engineering to implement winning variants and establish an experimentation backlog.

Challenges: Limited historical experiment data, seasonality effects on traffic, and the need to balance brand guidelines with conversion-focused changes.

Results & impact: Achieved a 12–15% lift in checkout completion rate and a 9% increase in average order value over three months. Documented a repeatable experimentation framework that the team continues to use.

3. Internal Workflow Automation for Operations Team

Context: An operations team relied on manual spreadsheets and email to manage recurring tasks, leading to delays, errors, and poor visibility into workload.

My role: Product/solutions owner, responsible for process mapping, solution design, and rollout.

What was done: Mapped existing workflows, identified bottlenecks, and designed a lightweight internal tool using no-code/low-code platforms and integrations (e.g., forms, task management, and notifications). Defined SLAs, created standardized templates, and trained the team.

Challenges: Capturing edge cases, aligning stakeholders with different priorities, and ensuring adoption without disrupting ongoing operations.

Results & impact: Reduced average task turnaround time by ~30%, cut manual data entry by more than half, and improved on-time completion rates to above 95%. The solution also provided management with real-time visibility into workload and performance.

4. Content & SEO Revamp for B2B Services

Context: A B2B services company relied heavily on referrals and wanted to grow inbound leads through organic search and better on-site content.

My role: Strategy and execution lead for content, SEO, and on-site structure.

What was done: Performed keyword and competitor research, restructured site architecture, and created new service pages, case studies, and thought-leadership content. Implemented on-page SEO best practices and set up analytics to track performance.

Challenges: Limited existing content, highly competitive keywords, and the need to maintain a professional tone while improving clarity and conversion.

Results & impact: Increased organic traffic by ~40% over six months and doubled qualified inbound inquiries. Several new clients cited specific articles and case studies as reasons for reaching out.

5. Data-Driven Product Discovery for New Feature Launch

Context: A digital product team considered launching a new feature but lacked clarity on user needs, potential adoption, and success metrics.

My role: Research and discovery lead, bridging product, design, and engineering.

What was done: Conducted user interviews and surveys, analyzed existing usage patterns, and synthesized findings into personas and opportunity areas. Co-created prototypes with design, ran usability tests, and defined success metrics and tracking requirements for launch.

Challenges: Balancing qualitative and quantitative insights, managing scope creep, and aligning stakeholders on a phased rollout instead of a big-bang release.

Results & impact: Informed a focused MVP that shipped on time, reached 25–30% adoption in the target user segment within the first quarter, and generated clear learnings that shaped the subsequent roadmap. The process also strengthened cross-functional collaboration and established a repeatable discovery approach.

Current Projects & What's Next

Project Alpha – Data Insights Platform

Purpose: A web-based analytics tool that helps teams turn scattered operational data into clear, actionable dashboards. It focuses on reducing manual reporting and surfacing trends early.

My responsibilities: I lead product definition and UX, design core workflows, and collaborate with engineering on architecture and implementation details. I also own stakeholder communication and release planning.

Current status: MVP is live with early adopters, and we are iterating on onboarding, performance, and key metrics visualizations based on user feedback.

Near-term roadmap: Next steps include advanced filtering, team-based permissions, and automated weekly insight summaries to deepen engagement and support larger teams.

Project Beta – Workflow Automation Toolkit

Purpose: A modular toolkit that automates repetitive internal workflows, aiming to cut down on manual handoffs, reduce errors, and give teams more time for high-value work.

My responsibilities: I define automation scenarios, design integration patterns, and implement core modules. I also maintain documentation and run small experiments to validate new features.

Current status: Core automation engine is stable, with several pilot workflows running in production and early metrics showing significant time savings.

Near-term roadmap: Upcoming work focuses on adding more integrations, improving monitoring and alerting, and creating reusable templates so non-technical users can configure automations safely.
